Information you give us

When you submit our contact form, email us or call us, we collect your name, your email address, your telephone number (optional) and the content of your message. We also record the page you sent the form from and the date and time. Please do not send us Social Security numbers, financial-account information, medical information, passwords, or other sensitive personal information.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Website, our web server receives your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, as web servers do, and our hosting provider may keep standard server logs. We keep a simple count of how many times each page is viewed each day; that count does not contain any information about you. When you submit the contact form we also store your IP address with the message, to prevent abuse. If we use Google Analytics (see Section 4), Google collects the information described there.

We use personal information to:

• respond to your inquiries and requests and provide information or services you request;
• maintain business records;
• operate, maintain and secure the Website, and prevent spam, fraud and abuse;
• understand how the Website is used and improve its content, performance and user experience, using aggregated statistics;
• meet legal, tax, accounting and regulatory obligations; and
• establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

We do not currently use Google Analytics or any other third-party analytics service on this Website.

The Website itself sets one small cookie when you use the contact form, to protect the form against forgery; it is removed when you close your browser. We do not use cookies to track you or for advertising. You can use your browser settings to block or delete cookies; blocking cookies may affect some features of the Website.

The Contact page may show a map provided by Google Maps. When the map loads, Google receives your IP address and browser information and may set cookies, under Google's own privacy practices.

We do not sell your personal information. We share personal information with:

• service providers that help us run the Website and our business, such as our website hosting provider, our website developer or managed-service provider, and the email provider that delivers contact-form messages to us;
• Google, as described in Section 4, when Google Analytics is in use or a map is shown;
• legal, accounting and other professional advisers;
• government authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety and security; and
• a buyer or successor in a merger, acquisition, sale of assets or reorganization.

Service providers may use the information only to provide services to us, or as stated in their own terms in the case of Google.

We keep contact-form messages for 1 year after we receive them, unless a longer period is reasonably necessary for legal obligations, recordkeeping, security, dispute resolution or enforcement of agreements. After that we delete them automatically from the Website. A copy of each message is also emailed to us, and is kept in our mailbox until we delete it. Backups we make before updating the Website contain these messages too; we keep only the three newest and delete older ones. Other business records are kept for as long as the law or our business needs require, and are then deleted or de-identified using reasonable measures.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration and disclosure. However, no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

To ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, contact us at powermmakravmaga@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before we respond. We will respond within 45 days. Some information may be kept where the law permits or requires it, including for security, legal, accounting and recordkeeping purposes.

Do Not Track

We honor browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals by not running Google Analytics for browsers that send them.

Third-party tracking

Third parties, including Google when Google Analytics is in use or a map is shown, may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites or online services when you use the Website.

Review and changes

You can ask us to review or change personal information we hold about you by contacting powermmakravmaga@gmail.com.

The Website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us at powermmakravmaga@gmail.com and we will delete it.

The Website may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Where the law requires it, we will give additional notice of material changes.
