About the Program
Rock Steady Boxing is a non-contact, boxing-inspired fitness program designed for people living with Parkinson’s disease. Classes use the same training that boxers do, from footwork and shadow boxing to bag and pad work, and turn it into a full-body workout that builds strength, balance, speed and coordination.
Every class is led by coaches who encourage each person to work at their own level. There is no contact and no sparring: you punch bags and pads, never people. Just as important as the exercise is the group. Members push each other, celebrate progress and leave each session feeling stronger and more confident.
We run separate classes for women and for men. No boxing experience is needed.
